Al Gore's feelings about CO2 and Climate Change now match his rhetoric: Doom and Gloom
Posted by Bob Unruh, news editor at "WorldNetDaily," was a revealing account that even Al Gore is beginning to realize, at least for this year, that the climate battle has been lost.
Al Gore's musings were captured on a tape recording obtained by Steve Milloy, who writes pieces for the "Green Hell Blog," when Gore spoke at a conference call organized by Repower America with supporters earlier in the week before his August 12th appearance.

Setting the tone of the conference call was a warm-up discussion by Larry Schweiger, Chief of the National wildlife Federation, who referred to the skeptics of Global Warming as "enemies." Schweiger further expressed a desire that alarmists would "outlive the bastards."
Al Gore targeted three entities for disrupting his passionate and urgent pitch to combat Global Warming:
1. The "right-wing" media, whose reports documented "Climategate." One example given was the Wall Street Journal which Gore said "wrote upwards of 30 editorials and news stories during the time the story about the University of East Anglia broke and not a single one presented the side of the science."
2. Supporters who don't demand that journalists report what his supporters believe. According to Gore, "It is our responsibility to demand that reporters, editors and all journalists report the truth. It is only through consistent and constant pressure from us demanding equal time and coverage in local and national media that we will get the truth out.
3. The U.S. government in its entirety, "largely because of the opposition in the United States Senate to take action on clean energy and solution to the climate crisis."
Al Gore attributes the earth's warming to the release of CO2, despite a graph produced in 1990 by the United Nations illustrating that the warmest weather in the past 1,000 years occurred during the medieval period between 1150 and 1350. At that time the temperature was a solid two degrees warmer than today. "Decomposing vegetation, the carcasses of dead animals, forest fires, smoldering peat bogs, volcanoes, plowed soil, weathering rocks, human utilization of fossil fuels and even termites and crustacean shells -- all exude carbon dioxide beneficial to the plant kingdom. And the more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere , the more content the plants become -- just ask anyone who has worked in a greenhouse."
If CO2 is necessary for plant life to flourish and if its produced by an array of diverse sources unrelated to man, why all the emphasis on green technology to curtail the use of carbon-emitting oil and coal?
Could the specter of money be driving the Global Warming agenda?
Al Gore has done quite well financially with his Global Warming crusade. It has been reported that he could be worth as much as $500 million dollars, although a more modest estimation of his Gore's wealth is $100 million. Al Gore had a net worth of $2 million just prior to his bid for presidency. Gore will make millions more if Cap and Trade is passed as he holds a substantial stake in a number of green investments.

The scientific community is anything but unanimous on climate change. The disunity is documented by the Petition Project, first launched 10 years ago. It now lists tens of thousands of qualified scientists who endorse the following statement. So far 31,487 American scientists have signed the petition, including 9,020 with PhDs. http://www.petitionproject.org/
"There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane or other greenhouse gases is causing or will, in the foreseeable future,cause catastrophic heating of the Earth's atmosphere and disruption of the earth's climate. Moreover, there is substantial scientific evidence that increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide produce many beneficial effects upon the natural plant and animal environments of the Earth."
Not surprising is that the almost 40,000 American scientists who are not in sync with climate change are almost never heard from. Why? Because peer review is used as a way of screening opposing views, skeptics of climate have a difficult time getting heard. The funding of billions of dollars by government and others also perpetuates the problem rather than solving it, for funding only continues if the research shows the results desired by those with the money bags. Then there is the media which promotes global warming alarmism through selective reporting.
A post by Dianna Cotter in Accuracy In Media on August 13, tells of a blacklisted scientist, Hungarian atmospheric physicist, Dr. Ferenc Miskolczi, who continues to publish despite his blacklisting by the scientific community. In Miskolczi's latest published paper, "The stable stationary value of the earth's global average atmospheric Planck-weighted greenhouse-gas optical thickness," Dr. Miskolczi says that he has found and proven that the IPC and their experts are wrong in their theory about how the greenhouse effect works. Even if man-made global warming is taking place, can man do anything to stop it? "Climate-scare" agendas can be traced back to the diabolical minds of Marx and Engels in the 1800s. Present-day hysteria over global warming is nothing more than a ploy to foster social global engineering, so as to enable World Organizations like the United Nation's International Panel of Climate Control (IPCC) to force rich countries to pay huge amounts of money to poor countries with a few elites at the top getting even more wealthy.

Solace can be achieved knowing that scientific truth will always remain the truth regardless of how many lies are told. Hopefully the truth will be recognized sooner rather than later before draconian solutions like "Cap and Trade" are set in place to fix non-existent problems like the heating of the earth's atmosphere and the disruption of the Earth's climate.

Should Al Gore's dream of "Cap and Trade" be realized here in America, it would unfairly penalize industry, impose the biggest tax burden ever upon the American people, and result in the loss of jobs at a time when both jobs and the economy are foremost on the minds of the American people.
For the good of this nation and its people, Al Gore's CO2 climate change "Cap and Trade" battle must be defeated.
If not, that which is valued by the American people, freedom, will be usurped by the government as a means to gain power and control.
