Rules vs Laws - The EPA Is Out Of Control

The EPA is now saturated with Liberal lunatics and Socialist dictator wannabes.

Lisa Jackson, thinks that somehow only her and the other 'experts' at the EPA can protect the country from harm. She believes that somehow, someway, it will be discovered that some currently unknown substance that is currently not regulated causes autism. 

“Our science may be good, but I don’t know how you price the ability to try to forestall a child who may not get autism if they’re not exposed to contaminated water,” Jackson said.

Is there any lie these people won't tell?

Look at that sentence.  'Our science may be good, but.....'  But what? But they somehow know there is something going to be determined to be bad.  How do they know? Because THEY ARE THE ONES THAT WILL DECIDE! Science has nothing to do with it.  Only policy is involved, and the policy of the EPA is to use a rule making process to skirt and replace the law making process.
